An Alaska Residential Community

Entrance @ Mile 8 Knik-Goose Bay Rd.

The Settlers Bay Owners Association was created in 1977, in Wasilla, Alaska. The Association consists of 799 property owners located within Settlers Bay Subdivision Unit No. 1, and Unit No. 2. The subdivision is close to a few elementary and one Jr/Sr school(s), as well as a golf course, which can be accessed thru the subdivision (signs are visible for direction).

Not to be confused, the Settlers Bay Golf Course and the Settlers Bay Lodge are not affiliated with the Settlers Bay Owners Association.

Association dues are currently $125 per year for homes, and $25 per year for undeveloped lots. Dues for multi-family units in Unit No. 1 are currently $62.50 per living unit per year.

The main entrance to the subdivision is located at Mile 8 of the Knik-Goose Bay Road, adjacent to the Settlers Bay Lodge and Restaurant.
