Specific procedures must be followed in applying for construction approval within this subdivision, PRIOR to commencing construction.

ACC Policy on Water Utility Hook-ups (7K)

acc Certificate of Compliance Procedures

To Obtain a Certificate of Compliance a builder must submit the following documents to the ACC:

As Built Survey
ICBO Building Inspections
Water Utility Connection Application with Receipt

These documents can be delivered to the ACC office located in the Settlers Bay Post Office using the drop box at the entrance to the office space or mailed to:
