Welcome to Settlers Bay Owners Association, Inc.!
 
We are an Alaskan community located in the Matanuska-Susitna Valley in Wasilla, Alaska along Knik-Goose Bay Road. As one of the largest homeowners associations in Alaska, we are committed to making this neighborhood where people are proud to call this home and a safe place to live. 
 
Established in 1977, Settlers Bay Owners Association, Inc. consists of nearly 800 lots located within Settlers Bay Subdivision Unit No. 1, and Unit No. 2. Residents enjoy beautiful mountain views, a nearby coastal trail, a salmon creek, a small park, an 18-hole golf course, and two restaurants that attract locals and tourists alike.
 
Other nearby attractions and public facilities include the historic Iditarod Headquarters, locally owned shops, a fire station, schools, as well as a scenic drive to lakes, rivers, and the Knik arm which you can locate all on the convenient map below!
